Headteachers Welcome
Welcome to our school website. We would like to offer you a warm welcome to Pensby Primary, either as an existing or prospective parent and we thank you for your interest in our school.
We hope that our school website provides you and your child with lots of useful information about our school. Visits to the school are warmly welcomed and we believe that you can get a real feel for the life of our school when the children are busy in their lessons- it really is the best way to get to know us.
Our school motto is to ‘Reach for the stars and be amazing’ and this is encouraged and developed in all areas of school life. Through our motto, it is our overriding aim to ensure that our children develop high aspirations that encourage them to be lifelong learners. Our curriculum is broad and balanced and committed to engaging our children in a wide range of experiences, beliefs and cultures so that they become resilient, independent and empathetic in their future lives.
The partnership between home and school can never be underestimated and we firmly believe that a close working partnership can only benefit the children and help them to progress. It is through this partnership that together we can encourage your child to ‘reach for the stars and be amazing’ in all that they do.
We are blessed with lots of open space, both within the school itself and the school grounds. With 4 playground areas and an extensive field, we can offer a stimulating environment for outdoor and sporting activities. We offer a range of extra-curricular activities so that your child can explore a range of opportunities and discover lots of new interests and talents. With an additional offer of full wraparound care, you can feel assured that your child will have the opportunity to develop positive relationships in a nurturing environment.
If you are considering choosing Pensby Primary for your child, please come and visit us and see for yourself what we have to offer.
