- Extensive opportunities for professional and personal development both in our school and within our Collaboration of 15 schools;

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Any offer of employment will be subject to receipt of an enhanced disclosure from the DBS and suitable references.
We advertise vacancies through:

Every applicant is thoroughly vetted and staff who work on the selection panels are trained to follow Safer Recruitment processes.
We welcome volunteers into the school. However, we follow the same strict vetting procedures in line with job applications to ensure all adults in our setting are suitable to work with our children.
Finally, we expect the same high standards of all adults in our school whether they work in direct contact with our pupils or indirectly. We expect the same from volunteers, teachers, contractors or governors and any other adult on site. All staff are trained in Safeguarding procedures and will report any concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), Mrs Brown or to the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads in her absence (Miss Grant and Mrs Wright).
