Year 5
Mrs Wright is the Year 5 Class Teacher and Mrs Jones and Mrs Bell are the Teaching Assistants. Mrs Bell works in other classes in the school as well.
In our school our teaching staff work in teams to develop the subject curriculum for all the children. Mrs Wright works in the team that develops English and Maths and has a specifc role for whole school maths development. She also works in the team that develops IT (Information Technology) and Science and she develops MFL (Modern Foreign Languages). Mrs Wright is the Deputy Headteacher and a member of the schools Senior Leadership Team.
The year 5 curriculum prepares them well for their final years at Primary School and the challenges of year 6.
